Our Products

Our wine is produced mainly from native grapes such as Sangiovese (80%), Cabernet (10%) and Merlot (10%). The predominant grape variety has very ancient origins, probably Etruscan and as such is known from 1500. The wine has a deep ruby color, tannic, aromatic body and a pleasantly bitter and fruity aftertaste. Older releases scents tezziali significantly more refined. The minimum addition of Cabernet and Merlot grapes, make the wine smoother and at the same time increasing its structure. Generally the alcohol content varies according to the season, a time that the grapes are taken to prolonged maturation the final product must not be less than 13 °. The wine takes its name from our estate, "Maramaldo", suitable to accompany lunches and dinners meat (grilled, stews, game roasts and meats), but is also suitable for wine tasting before dinner.

Among our various passions for nature there is also that for bees, which with their hard and hectic work produce our precious "Millefiori" honey with a thousand healthy and therapeutic properties
